Distribute Content For Application Deployment in SCCM

1) Now , I will deploy this application to user , so I will click Deployment --- Distribute Content in Ribbon zone :

or
 Right on the Application ( Office Professional Plus 2010 ) then click , Distribute Content

It Opens a 
General page:    Content, Detect dependencies and Add
    
      Content :
      Content Destination :   Select DP/collection/ DPG


Note:  We can Distribute The content in Deployment step but best practice is to distribute content before deployment.
