How to Add Roles step by step on windows server 2012

For installing and properly working of SCCM 2012 we require the following roles to be installed.

Background Intelligent Transfer Service(BITS) 

Remote Assistance and Remote Differential Compression：

 web server(IIS)

windows deployment service

                        windowsServer Update service(WSUS)
